Seven years and seven Christmas seasons have passed since Cimmaroon Photography first opened in Pampanga. In that time, celebrating the holidays through a session with us has become a small tradition many families choose to repeat.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything families usually ask before booking a Cimmaroon Christmas session.
What's the difference between the four Christmas packages?
Mostly it comes down to time, the number of Christmas sets you get to shoot in, how many outfit changes you have, and how many enhanced photos and prints you walk away with. The more your family wants to experience, the more the package includes, and the pricing grows along with it.
Are there any hidden fees we should know about?
None at all. Everything listed under your chosen package is already covered in the price you see. The only additional cost would come from something you choose yourself, like an add-on, so there are no surprises waiting at the end.
Do we get to pick which Christmas theme we shoot in?
Yes, and this is honestly one of our favorite parts of planning your session with you. Your package tells you how many themes you have access to.
What if the theme we want isn't available on our preferred date?
It happens sometimes, especially during busier weekends. If that's the case, our team will gladly help you find the closest match so you still get a set that feels right for your family.
How do we actually lock in our date?
A fifty percent down payment is what reserves your schedule, and your date is only considered confirmed once that payment comes through and gets verified on our end.
What if something comes up and we need to reschedule?
We understand life happens. Just keep in mind that rescheduling within seven days of your session means the down payment gets forfeited, and any new date you move to will follow whatever pricing is available at that time.
How many people can actually join the session?
It depends on your package. Mini and Classic include up to four family members, Grand includes up to six, and Ultimate includes up to eight. Our studio can accommodate a max of 20 persons.
What if our family is bigger than our package allows?
No problem at all. Extra family members can join for an additional per-head rate, and there's plenty of room for larger group shots.
Can we bring our newborn or baby to the session?
Absolutely. Our team has plenty of experience working with little ones, and we always move at their pace, not the other way around.
Can our pet join the family photo?
Yes, definitely. We just ask that you let us know ahead of time so we can prepare properly and make sure everyone, including your pet, feels comfortable.
How many photos do we get, and when do we receive them?
Every package includes a set number of enhanced soft copies, and you'll walk away with them the very same day as your session. Prints follow shortly after and can be claimed up until January 31, 2027.
Can we get extra photos or prints beyond what's included?
Yes, additional photos and prints are always available to purchase separately if you'd like a little more to take home.
Is there a deadline for claiming our prints?
Yes, prints need to be claimed by January 31, 2027. We'd hate for you to miss out on something you already paid for, so we recommend picking them up well before that date.
How do your monthly Christmas promos work?
Our promotional pricing changes from month to month, and some promos are tied to a specific set of available dates. It's worth checking what's currently running before you book.
Can we combine a promo with another discount?
Promotional prices can't be combined with other discounts unless it's specifically approved by management.
What add-ons can we include in our session?
A few of our favorites include extra family members, a personalized desk calendar, additional enhanced photos, and rush delivery for families working against a deadline. You can select these while booking, or send us a message if you want to add them later on.
Where is your studio, and is parking available?
Our main studio is based in Pampanga, and yes, parking is available on site. Parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
What if someone in our family has mobility needs?
Please let us know in advance. We want your visit to feel comfortable from the moment you arrive, and a heads-up helps us prepare accordingly.
Can we transfer our booking to someone else?
Yes, bookings and promotional prices can be transferred to another name before the session takes place, and all the original package and payment terms carry over as they are.
What happens if we cancel altogether?
If a booking is cancelled outright, the down payment unfortunately isn't refundable, so we always encourage reaching out to us first if plans change. There may be options worth exploring together.
How early should we arrive before our session?
We recommend arriving about fifteen to twenty minutes early. It gives everyone a little breathing room to settle in before the session begins.
Do you offer hair and makeup services?
We have partner HMUAs that you can hire for your Christmas session. Please message our team directly on Facebook or by email, as availability can vary by season.
Booking, payments & package guidelines
- Booking and Payments. To confirm your schedule, we require a fifty percent down payment, and a date is only considered reserved once that payment is received and verified. The down payment is not refundable, and the remaining balance is due by the date noted in your booking confirmation. Payments received late may result in your schedule being released.
- Scheduling. Every booking depends on availability, and appointments lock seven days ahead of the session date. Rescheduling inside that seven-day window forfeits the down payment, and any replacement booking follows whatever pricing and availability apply at that later time. Arriving late does not extend your session past its originally scheduled end.
- Packages. Every inclusion in your package is fixed and cannot be swapped for something else. If your family does not use every setup, outfit, or minute included, that time or those inclusions cannot be exchanged for extra photos, prints, credit, or a refund.
- Participants. Family member limits are four for Mini and Classic, six for Grand, and eight for Ultimate. Anyone beyond that count is charged the approved add-on rate for your package. Pets must be cleared in advance under our studio pet policy.
- Delivery. Enhanced soft copies included in your package are delivered the same day as your session, once your selections and payment are complete. Printed photos need to be claimed by January 31, 2027.
- Transfers & Exceptions. A booking or promotional price can be transferred to a different name before the session. Any exception needs management approval first.
