Promo Vouchers General Terms and Conditions
Promo Period and Booking Validity
- The promo discount can be applied to any session scheduled from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
- All sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- The voucher is valid only for the specific service and package purchased and cannot be used for other services or packages not included in the promo.
- The voucher must be redeemed in full during a single transaction; partial usage or split payments are not permitted.
- If you have already booked a session, the voucher can be applied toward the remaining balance.
- If you have not yet booked a session, the voucher will serve as the deposit for your studio session.
- The final total will be calculated after applying the promo discount.
- All standard studio session policies, including those related to rescheduling and cancellations, remain in effect.

Full Payment Requirement
- To avail of the promotional discount, the full promo value amount must be paid at the time of purchase.
- Partial payments or deposits will not qualify for the discount and may result in regular package pricing.
Non-Refundable but Transferable
- Promo purchases are strictly non-refundable.
- However, the voucher is transferable to another individual, provided the original buyer is the one who books the session.
Additional Purchases
- Add-on services, products, or package upgrades are available at regular prices and are NOT included in the promo package.
- Additional purchases can be made during booking or at the session, subject to availability.
General Conditions
- The voucher is valid only for the specific product or service mentioned in its description and cannot be used for other services or products.
- This voucher cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, including loyalty discounts.
- Clients may use only one voucher per service and per session (e.g., one for newborn, one for kiddie, one for maternity, etc.).
- By purchasing the 25-25-25-25 Promo and making full payment, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
How to Redeem the Thanksgiving Promo
1. Receive Your Code: After payment confirmation, a unique voucher code will be sent to your email. You can download the voucher for safekeeping.
2. Schedule Your Session: To book your session, send us a message with:
- Your preferred session date and time.
- Your unique voucher code.
3. Confirmation: Our team will check schedule availability and confirm your booking. Once confirmed, you’ll receive all session details.
