Photo Processing, Selection, Pick-up, and Delivery Policy

To ensure that we can process and complete your photos, prints, albums, and other products on time, please review the following policies carefully.

We will contact you through Facebook Messenger, email, or the contact information provided in your booking when an action is required from you or when your order is ready.

Important: 3-Month Completion and Forfeiture Policy

Clients have 3 months from the date of the last event or photoshoot under the order to complete all requirements for any prints, albums, frames, or other physical products included in their package.

This includes:

• Selecting photos for printing
• Submitting album photo selections
• Approving album layouts
• Confirming frame or product choices
• Providing any information required to complete the order

If these requirements are not completed within 3 months from the last event or photoshoot under the order, any unprocessed prints, albums, frames, or other physical products included in the order will be considered forfeited.

Once forfeited, Cimmaroon will no longer be obligated to produce the included product. Forfeited products cannot be refunded, converted to cash, credited, transferred, or exchanged for another product or service.

If the client wishes to have a forfeited product produced after the deadline, it will be treated as a new order and charged based on Cimmaroon's current rates.

Cimmaroon Photography may send reminders as a courtesy. However, receiving a reminder is not required for this policy to apply. The 3-month period is counted from the date of the last event or photoshoot included in the order.

Printing of photos

• The lead times for printing photos are:
  • 1 week - print sizes up to 8r, which are printed in bulk
  • 1 week - 11R, 20×24, 12x18 and 18×24
  • 4 to 6 weeks - 20×30 and 24×26

With Custom Frames And Sintra Board

• Printing of photos with frames can take up to 7 days.
• Please verify your frame wood choice before we proceed with printing.
• We will message you via Facebook Messenger once your photos are ready.

Stick-it Frames

• Select your choice of color for the frame to verify if it's available since we'll have to order the materials abroad.
• Frames may take 1 to 2 months if no on-hand stock is available for your chosen color.

Albums

• Album layout design typically takes up to 2 weeks during non-peak season and up to 4 weeks during peak season, starting from the time we receive your selected photos.
• We’ll send you the layout for approval before proceeding with printing. Kindly review and approve the design within 1 week to avoid any delays.
• Once approved, printing will begin. This process may take up to 2 weeks during non-peak season and up to 4 weeks during peak season.

To help us efficiently track your album’s progress, please submit your selected photos using our online form. Sending files through Facebook Messenger may result in delays due to the high volume of daily messages we receive.
